How do you solve product quality problems?
Our products are complied with qualified certificates like CE (RoHS, RED, EN71, EN62115), CPC, FCC, ASTM, MSDS, UN38.3, etc. We have experienced and strict QC team to control the quality. Any problems found after received the products, just contact with us directly, we will response quickly and solve the problems efficiently.
What is your delivery method?
It's up to you. For samples, we usually send by international express, like Fedex, DHL, UPS etc. For mass production, we suggest to ship by sea, it's much more cheaper than other transportation.
Do you have shipping agent or forwarder in China? We provide free shipping service in domestic China!
Can you help me with design, customized size or functions, and my logo printed on the products?
Sure. OEM/ ODM welcomed.
What's your minimum order quantity? May I buy some samples for the first time?
It depends, for most of our products, MOQ is 5 pcs. Yes, samples are welcomed.
